Do you delete photographs after a certain period of time? NO, most definitely not. All photographs from all events are archived. If you participated at an event that is no longer listed on the site, simply fill in the Archive Request page, and we will send you copies of thumbnails.
How long do you leave event photographs on your website?

Photographs are left on the site as long as is possible, this is governed by webspace, but we have plenty.

How long will my order take to process? Most orders are processed within 5-10 working days, delivery is normally a few days after that, at busy periods this may take longer. However more specialised ltems like Coffee Mugs, T-Shirts, Mousemats, Framed Photographs will take longer, so please allow up to 28days for these items.
Will I be charged extra for Postage/Shipping and Packing

If your order is being shipped to the UK there are no extra charges
If your order is being shipped within Europe, there is a flat fee charge of £1.50 per order.
If your order is being shipped to the USA, there is a flat fee charge of £2 per order.
If your order is being shipped to Rest of World, there is a flat fee charge of £3 per order.

Can I get the photographs as JPG image files?

We offer JPG images at a "per image" price. This means you can order any number of images from any number of events, or just one or two images from one event.

We also offer, for events like trackdays where there may be a number of images, you can order a CD with upto 10 images of yourself. This applies to a Single event/Participant or rider combination.

Clubs may apply for a "Club CD" this would be POA.

Licensing agreement applies

What is the difference between a JPG that is emailed to me and one supplied on CD? None, they are the same file size and format, however the images sent on CD gives you the peace of mind of backup copy should anything go wrong.
Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. We use Paypal to process Credit Card orders, who are world leaders in secure online transactions.

I am unhappy with using my Credit Card details online. Can I order by phone?

Yes. We are happy to take phone orders. Phone 01842 813960 or 07769 688424. Please have the reference numbers of the photographs you want to order. More Info.
